Starting 1 Oct 2026, every service & software exporter in India is required to file an Export Declaration Form (EDF) for international payments.

What is EDF?
Export Declaration Form in trade & foreign exchange regulations- Mandatory declaration of the services you export
- Captures key details about your client, invoice, service & payment
- As per FEMA guidelines, this is required for all service & software exporters to meet compliance requirements
