Use the statement for the same Indian bank account you added during signup. Use a statement covering the last three months and showing foreign payments. Its stated upload format is PDF, up to 10 MB.

Download the statement from your bank and check the account, period and readability before uploading it. Do not substitute a statement for another person or another entity. If this account has no international receipts in that period, use the alternative-document route instead of editing the statement or implying that a domestic credit was a foreign payment. A signed contract or other accepted evidence is reviewed manually.
