How do I check where my payment is in the Skydo settlement process?

Check the payment record in Skydo, then compare it with your Indian bank statement. An incoming overseas payment and an INR bank credit are different stages. Payment processing includes receipt in the international account, transfer to India, currency conversion and transfer to your Indian bank.

1. Find the payment using its reference, amount and currency.
2. Note the latest stage shown and when it last changed.
3. Check whether Skydo has asked for an invoice or other information.
4. If the payment is overdue, email support@skydo.com with the sender's receipt and the stage you see.

Do not treat the payer's debit confirmation as proof of INR settlement.
