How do I get Skydo's invoice or receipt for service charges?

Keep Skydo's service-charge invoice or receipt separate from the invoice you issued to your overseas client and from the FIRA for the payment. They record different things: your sale, the remittance, and the charges for the payment service.

Find the charge document available for the relevant payment or period in your account. Download it and compare its transaction reference and charge details with your payment record. If it is missing or you need documents for several payments, ask support how to obtain the service-charge receipts for that period. Give the payment references and dates so the team can identify the right records. Do not use a client invoice as evidence of Skydo's own charges.
