Why can I not download my invoice from the free generator?

Complete all four form steps, then check the live preview and choose Download Invoice. The current page says all four steps must be completed before download. The download area asks for the invoice number, your name and mobile number. Name and mobile details are requested on the first download.

If you are blocked, check the unfinished step and any required fields shown on the page. Do not assume creating a Skydo account is the missing step simply because a Sign up button is also visible. If download still fails, keep your entries open and report the browser, step and error to Support. Follow the verification prompts shown. If download still fails, contact support with the error and step where it occurred.
