What should I do if InstaLinks or Create Payment Link is missing?

First check that you are in your Skydo dashboard, rather than the free invoice or EDF tool. Existing Skydo users can open InstaLinks and create a payment link without additional activation.

If that option is missing from your account, contact Skydo Support with the page you are on and a screenshot of the missing option, with private details hidden. Ask Support to check availability for your account before promising a link to your client. Do not create another business account or assume a different plan is required to work around a missing option. Contact Support to check your account’s access and resolve a missing InstaLinks option.
