Why can I not create an invoice on my phone?

This invoice-creation screen does not support mobile devices. Use a desktop or laptop browser to create and send the invoice. Have the client details, invoice items, currency, and payment terms ready before you start.

If you still cannot open the invoice workflow on a computer, contact support with the page address, browser, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send passwords or one-time codes. This limitation applies to invoice creation, not necessarily every other account task.
