What should I do if I receive someone else’s account information or send documents to the wrong person?

Stop using or forwarding the information and report it to support@skydo.com. Say whether you received another person's records or sent yours to an unintended recipient. Describe the document type, time and how the error happened without copying sensitive contents into the report.

If your email went to the wrong person, ask them not to use or share it and to delete it. This does not guarantee removal. Preserve enough evidence to explain the incident without spreading it further.
