Can I keep the same account when my partnership becomes an LLP or the business gets a new PAN?

Do not simply rename the old account. A new PAN or a new legal entity needs a separate review of which business is using Skydo. Tell support the old and new structures and ask for the correct onboarding instructions before using the new business details.

Prepare the new entity’s PAN, current business records and requested owner information. Keep records for the previous business separate so invoices and verification evidence are not confused. An ownership link or similar trading name does not make the two legal entities identical. Do not assume the existing account can be transferred or that the new entity will inherit approval.
