What should I do when an owner, partner or director changes?

Tell Skydo what changed, the effective date and whether the legal entity or PAN changed as well. Prepare current ownership, partnership or company records and the new person’s details as requested. Do not leave a former owner listed as current or replace one person’s identity information with another’s.

Ask support which declarations and identity checks need to be updated before treating the account record as current. A change in management is not automatically the same as a change of legal entity. If a new entity was formed, request the correct onboarding route rather than assuming the existing account can transfer to it.
