Keep the latest partnership deed ready. Partnership applicants should provide this document. If the partnership has been amended, make sure the records you provide accurately show the present partners and arrangements.

Do not use an older deed that leaves out a current partner or describes a business that no longer applies. If a change is recorded in a separate supplementary deed, ask support which documents it needs together. Keep names and the firm PAN consistent with the application. The fact that a document uploads successfully does not confirm that it is complete or accepted.
