Does my customer's transfer receipt prove that Skydo has received the money?

No. A sender's receipt records what its bank or platform has done. It does not by itself confirm that the receiving account has been credited or that Skydo has identified the payment.

Check whether the record shows a scheduled instruction, a pending transfer or a completed bank transfer. Then compare the destination, currency, date and method with the instructions you shared. Notifications follow credit to the local receiving account, which may happen later than the payer’s transfer instruction.

If the expected collection time has passed, email the receipt to Support. Do not ask the customer to pay again solely because you have not yet received a Skydo notification.

A screenshot of the payer’s debit or reduced balance is not final receipt evidence. Ask for the completed bank transfer record and do not mark the invoice settled on that screenshot alone.
