Can I apply if my business is on an exporter caution list or otherwise legally restricted?

Skydo’s terms require users not to be on the RBI exporter caution list, not to be wilful defaulters and not to be legally restricted from using the service. Do not treat completing the online form as a way around those conditions.

If you believe a restriction has been removed or a record is wrong, obtain evidence from the relevant authority or bank and ask Skydo to review your eligibility. Do not submit a false declaration or use another entity’s details. Skydo must assess the current facts; an older account approval does not settle a later restriction.
