Can I use a statement from another bank account as my signup evidence?

Use the statement for the bank account you add during setup. Do not assume a statement from a different account meets that requirement, even if both accounts belong to your business.

Check whether you added the intended account. If the chosen account has no recent international receipts, use the alternative-document route or ask support whether evidence from the other account can be reviewed. Explain whose account it is and why it differs. Do not change account names or numbers on a statement to make it appear to match. The reviewer needs an accurate link between the applicant and the evidence.
