Can I use an invoice made outside Skydo?

Yes. You can upload an invoice you prepared outside Skydo instead of creating another invoice for the same sale. Keep the original invoice number so your client, accountant, and payment records refer to the same document.

Before uploading, check that it includes your business name and address, the client's name and address, invoice number and date, a clear description, amount, currency, and relevant classification details. Use the receiving-account details provided for the payment you are requesting. After adding the invoice, check whether it is linked to the correct payment. Uploading a document does not, by itself, prove that the client has paid or that funds have settled.
