Where should I look if a Skydo FIRA is missing in Zoho?

First check whether the FIRA exists for the settled payment in Skydo. If it is missing there too, ask support to trace the original document. If it is available in Skydo, download a copy so your records are not blocked while the connection is checked.

The transaction’s FIRA can be uploaded to Zoho through the integration. Find the corresponding invoice or payment in the connected organisation and check its available documents. If you cannot locate it, send support the invoice number, payment reference, settlement date, and the organisation you checked. Do not assume that every Zoho screen stores the attachment in the same place or create another payment to trigger an upload.
