Payoneer's charges are based on the type of transaction. For receiving payments, it's usually free from another Payoneer customer, but local receiving accounts and credit card payments carry a 1% and 3% to 3.20% + $0.49 fee respectively. If you're withdrawing funds or converting currencies, fees can range from a $1.50 flat fee for same-currency withdrawals to up to 2% above the mid-market exchange rate for cross-currency withdrawals. There's an annual account maintenance fee of $29.95, which is waived if you receive a certain amount within a year. Additionally, ATM withdrawals come with a $3.15 per transaction fee, plus up to 3.5% if foreign currency conversion is needed.
