A Payoneer card costs an annual fee of $29.95 USD, and further charges apply for ATM withdrawals, currency conversion and card replacement.

The yearly fee is the main fixed cost of holding the card. Other charges depend on how you use it, and Payoneer pricing lists them as follows:

Annual card fee: $29.95 USD each year for the card.
Additional virtual cards: Extra virtual cards are free.
ATM withdrawals: Roughly $3.15 USD, 2.50 EUR or 1.95 GBP each time you take out cash.
Foreign currency conversion: Up to 3.5% when you pay in a currency different from the card's currency.
Card replacement: $12.95 USD, 9.95 EUR or 9.95 GBP to replace a card.

Payoneer prepaid cards are not available to users based in India. Indian users instead have their Payoneer funds withdrawn automatically to a local bank account.
