You can get an MT103 from the sending bank that processed the international wire transfer, as only the remitting bank can issue this document.

If you are the sender, follow these steps to request an MT103:

Check online banking: Log in to your bank’s online portal and review the international transaction details to see if a SWIFT confirmation or MT103 PDF is available for download.
Contact customer support: If it is not available online, call your bank’s customer service or international wire department for assistance.
Provide transaction details: Be ready to give the transaction reference number, date, amount, currency, and beneficiary details.
Visit a branch: If online or phone options are unavailable, visit your local branch to submit a formal request.
Expect fees and processing time: Banks may charge a fee and can take a few hours to several business days to provide the MT103.

If you are the receiver, you must ask the sender to obtain the MT103 from their bank and forward it to you, as your own bank cannot issue it.
