How to get PayPal card
To get a PayPal card, request the PayPal Debit Card in the PayPal mobile app or on the PayPal website, verify your identity, then order a physical card if you want one.
- Open the app: Log in to the PayPal app on your phone.
- Go to your balance: Tap your PayPal balance or open the Accounts section.
- Select the debit card: Choose PayPal Debit Card and follow the prompts to confirm your identity.
- Start using it digitally: A digital card is issued straight away, and you can use it online or add it to a mobile wallet such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
- Order a physical card: On the card screen, tap Manage, pick Request a physical card, check your mailing address and submit.

- PayPal Debit Mastercard: Linked to your PayPal balance, issued first as a digital card with an optional physical card.
- PayPal Cashback Mastercard: Requires a PayPal account, and you can apply for it on the PayPal website or in the app.
- PayPal Business Debit Mastercard: Available if you have a PayPal Business account or a PayPal Balance account.
