Why is Skydo asking for more documents after I already submitted the signup checklist?

The initial checklist does not rule out further checks. Skydo may ask for additional information to complete the checks required for your application. A reviewer may need a clearer connection between your identity, business and the evidence supplied.

Read what the new request is trying to establish and provide accurate, complete evidence through the confirmed submission route. If you have already sent the same material, point that out and ask what remains unresolved. Do not assume the request is optional because another document passed or because the account profile already exists.
