My onboarding is still under review. What should I do?

Check your application and recent Skydo messages for an outstanding identity check, document request or correction. If something is pending on your side, complete that specific item. If you cannot tell what is missing, contact support with your registered contact details, the application step and the date you submitted the evidence.

Do not repeatedly send the same document or create another application to try to speed up the review. Alternative documents need manual review, and Skydo may ask for further information. Ask which action is needed from you rather than relying on a general signup estimate as an approval deadline.
