Can I use another identity document instead of Aadhaar for signup?

Providing Aadhaar is voluntary; contact support to confirm the alternative verification route for your application. Those statements do not explain which alternative documents or process apply to every applicant.

Tell support that you cannot or do not wish to use the Aadhaar route and ask what evidence can be accepted for your entity and role. Do not enter someone else’s Aadhaar or upload an unrelated document into the Aadhaar step. PAN requirements for a video-KYC call are separate and should not be assumed to disappear.
