Whose identity should be verified for a business with several owners?

Prepare the owners’ correct names and follow the owner-verification request in your application. Skydo’s current signup checklist asks for one business owner’s Aadhaar and the PAN of an alternate owner where applicable. It does not establish that any employee can stand in for an owner.

Before starting a live identity check, confirm which owner or director should complete it for your entity. If the named person is unavailable or the ownership is complex, ask support rather than using another person’s identity details. An authorised helper may assist with preparation, but the person being identified must take part in their own identity check.
