Can Skydo refund a bank-transfer payment after the INR reaches my Indian bank account?

It cannot provide a normal refund when the payee has already received funds in the linked Indian bank account. Do not assume Skydo can reverse that bank credit on request.

Contact support@skydo.com with the payment reference and reason for the proposed return. Ask for the applicable next step before sending money separately. If the request concerns a buyer dispute, the buyer and exporter must resolve the commercial issue directly. Do not treat it as an automatic bank-transfer chargeback. ACH Debit payment links have different rules, so identify the method accurately. Keep any agreed resolution and bank evidence with the original payment.
