Can my overseas client ask Skydo to return a payment?

The refund policy lists a payer request to return funds as a scenario for review. The payer can contact Skydo support with the original payment details and reason for the request. That does not mean every request is automatically eligible or that funds already settled to India can be refunded normally.

The exporter should give Skydo the related invoice and payment reference and disclose any separate refund or bank recall already under way. For ACH Debit payment links, the sender must initiate the required bank recall. A commercial disagreement with the exporter is not a refund claim Skydo resolves under its refund policy. Confirm the route and outcome before arranging a replacement payment.
