What beneficiary name should my customer enter when paying my Skydo account?

The customer should enter the beneficiary name shown in the receiving instructions for the account they will pay. Do not replace it with your brand name, your personal name or Skydo's name unless that is exactly what those instructions require.

The beneficiary name and the bank name are separate fields. Copy each into the matching field in the payer's form. Ask the customer to check spelling and any words that may have been cut off by the form.

If the payer's bank shows a name mismatch, pause before sending. Share the mismatch message and the instruction set with Support. Do not approve a warning just because the account number looks familiar.
