Which address should my customer enter for the bank and the beneficiary?

Keep the two addresses separate. A bank-address field asks for the receiving bank's address. A beneficiary-address field asks for the recipient details required by that receiving account. Do not put your Indian office address into both fields or copy the bank's address into your customer record automatically.

Use the addresses supplied with the receiving instructions. Check the payer's form carefully because banks may label these fields differently. If the instructions do not include an address the form requires, send the field wording or a screenshot to Support before payment.

Do not use an address found through a general web search. It may refer to a different branch or a different receiving arrangement.
