What should I tell Skydo if my business has stopped trading?

Notify Skydo in writing promptly. Its terms require notice of cessation of business and ownership or legal-status changes. Email support@skydo.com with the business name, registered email and when trading stopped.

Explain outstanding payments, client instructions or unresolved cases. Ask whether closure or another review is needed. Stopping trade does not automatically cancel obligations or remove record-keeping needs.

Keep a contact address for follow-up and ask how to preserve needed records. If you want de-registration, say so explicitly. Do not transfer the account to a new business or owner as a shortcut. Ask for confirmation of the agreed next actions and account status.
