How do I change the email address or phone number linked to my Skydo account?

Skydo's terms require current email and contact numbers and written notice of changes. Check for an account update option. If unavailable, or access is affected, contact support@skydo.com.

Identify the business, existing contact and intended change. Ask what verification is required before sending supporting documents. If you no longer control the old email or phone, explain that and request recovery guidance.

Do not assume an edit changes Google sign-in, all notification destinations or historical records. Ask support to confirm what changed and where important notices will go. Keep access to a working contact method throughout the process where possible, without sharing credentials with another person.
