How do I change or turn off the Zoho connection?

You can edit or disable the Zoho connection. Before changing it, finish or record your current reconciliation and note which invoices or documents are still waiting to sync.

Use the connection settings available in your account, or ask support if you cannot find them. Confirm what will stop syncing and what will happen to records already copied between the systems. Keep existing invoices, payment entries, and FIRAs unless support and your accountant identify a specific correction. Disabling a connection should not be treated as deleting accounting records or cancelling a payment. After the change, check how you will record new receipts so your books do not develop a gap.

If your goal is to remove Zoho’s permission to access data, ask both services how to revoke that access. Disabling sync may not revoke permissions or delete copied records.
