What if I edit an invoice in Zoho but Skydo still shows the old details?

Compare the invoice number and organisation first to make sure you are looking at the same record. Note which fields changed, when they changed, and whether a payment is already linked or settled in Skydo. Keep the earlier invoice and the corrected version while the difference is reviewed.

Send support both sets of details and ask whether those edits are included in the current sync. Do not assume every later invoice edit, deletion or correction syncs in both directions. Confirm the supported behaviour before changing linked records. Do not delete and recreate the invoice or edit a settled payment to force agreement. Ask support and your accountant to confirm the safe correction sequence.
