How do I check that an invoice has the right purpose code before payment is processed?

Compare the purpose code with the actual goods or services described on the invoice and any supporting contract. Use a clear description of the work; a broad phrase such as "services rendered" may not be enough to confirm the right classification.

Select the purpose code during invoice reconciliation. Review the selection instead of relying only on a prefilled value. If more than one code looks possible, send support a plain description of the supply and confirm it with your accountant or bank. Resolve the uncertainty before treating the invoice as ready. Use the existing purpose-code directory for descriptions, but do not assume that every code listed there is supported for every Skydo payment.
