Check the purpose code recorded for your business in the account information available in Skydo. Compare it with the work or goods you actually supply. A saved default can help with repeat transactions, but it should not be assumed to fit every new type of receipt.

If the default is wrong or you cannot find it, contact support with a clear description of the business activity and ask how to update it. Keep confirmation of the change. Also identify any invoices or payments already in progress, since changing a business default should not be assumed to correct past or pending transactions. Check the purpose-code descriptions rather than choosing a code that only sounds similar to your business.
