How do I correct inaccurate personal information held by Skydo?

Information may be corrected or updated online. Check your account and correct the relevant detail if that option is available. Keep supporting records ready if verification is needed.

If you cannot edit it, cannot log in, or the error appears in a document rather than the profile, email support@skydo.com. Explain what is wrong, the correct information and the affected record. Include only necessary personal information.

Ask which records will be updated. A profile correction is not proof that previously issued documents or third-party records also changed. Keep confirmation of the correction and report any affected record that still shows the error.
