How do I withdraw consent for Skydo to use my personal information?

Send a written request to support@skydo.com saying that you want to withdraw consent. Identify the account and ask Skydo to explain the effect on services before making further arrangements.

Services may stop when consent is withdrawn. Information may be deleted or de-identified, but records required by law may still be retained. Withdrawal is not a promise that everything disappears immediately.

If you also want account closure, say that separately in the same request. Ask for written confirmation of the action and any information that must be kept. Never include your login code or password in the request.
