Can I claim compensation if a payment takes longer than a website estimate?

A website estimate alone is not a guaranteed compensation entitlement. Skydo's terms make settlement conditional on the payment route, screening and processing across the banking chain. They also state that Skydo is not liable for fees, interest, compensation or damages for settlement delays caused by payment processors, including originating or partner banks.

If a delay has caused a problem, raise a complaint with the payment reference, the timeline you were given and the actual events. Ask support to explain the cause and the applicable terms for your case. Use the grievance process if needed. Do not assume a refund of fees or compensation is automatic.
