Give both sides the currency, payment method, intended sending time and relevant time zone. Check holidays and any outstanding documents before relying on an arrival estimate. Do not promise a same-day or next-day INR credit based on a general website message. If the deadline is business-critical, plan around the confirmed banking process rather than asking the payer to use an unverified faster route or to send duplicate funds.
