What should I write in the description of my business?
Explain what you sell, what you deliver and who your customers are in plain words. For example, ‘We build and maintain websites for overseas retail businesses’ is more useful than ‘IT’ or ‘business services’. Keep the description consistent with your website, contract and other application evidence.
If you provide more than one kind of service, say so rather than hiding an activity under the closest broad label. Do not add activities that you only plan to offer later as if you already provide them. If you have no online presence, provide an accurate, specific written description of your business.
