Should I enter my legal business name or my brand name?

Use the legal identity that matches the PAN and business records when Skydo asks for legal business details. A trading or brand name should not replace the legal name merely because customers recognise it better.

If your website or client contract uses a different brand, keep evidence that connects it to the applicant business and explain the relationship when asked. If you cannot find a suitable place for that explanation, ask support before confirming the record. Do not change the legal name to imitate a bank or client record that belongs to another entity. Correct the underlying mismatch instead.
