Reply on the same support conversation with the payment reference, documents sent and date of submission. Ask whether the information was received, whether anything remains incomplete and which stage the payment has reached.

Skydo's terms make settlement dependent on screening and checks across the payment chain. Sending a document does not prove that Skydo or a partner bank has finished its review. If a correction is needed, provide the accurate replacement and explain the change. Ask for a payment-specific next update rather than relying on a general website timeline. Do not submit conflicting versions without explanation or ask the payer to resend the payment to avoid the review.
