Does using Skydo Global Payouts replace contractor classification, contracts or payroll obligations?
Do not treat a payment tool as a decision about whether someone is legally an employee or an independent contractor. Sending a contractor payment or receiving a FIRA does not settle the worker’s legal or tax classification.
Keep the agreement, invoice and actual working arrangement accurate. Do not rename salary as contractor fees or create substitute invoices just to fit a payout workflow. If the arrangement is employment or you need payroll services, confirm the correct product and professional advice before paying.
For an uncertain case, describe the real relationship to Skydo and ask whether that payout is supported. Do not infer that every country, recipient type or employment-related payment is approved merely because a bank transfer is possible.
