How do I download the FIRA for a settled payment?

Sign in to Skydo and find the invoice or payment linked to the receipt you need. Check that the payment has settled, then open the available remittance document and download the FIRA. Look for the document in the invoice area.

Check the downloaded document against the payment reference, date, amount, currency, and beneficiary details. Save it with the matching invoice and bank credit so you can find the full record later. If the FIRA is missing, tell support the invoice number and payment reference and explain that settlement is complete. Do not download a different transaction's document just because it has a similar amount.
