How do I fix details that the EDF generator read incorrectly from my invoice?

Open the Invoice details step and compare each extracted value with the original invoice shown beside it. Correct anything that does not match. Fill any missing client name, address and country, and check each invoice before continuing.

Review the invoice number, date, currency and amount, not just the client name. Add the service code and exchange rate where needed. Treat the extraction as a draft, not an approval of your invoice. If the source file is unreadable, use a clear copy or the manual-entry option instead of accepting guessed values. Review the final EDF again before downloading it so an extraction error does not carry into the form you send your bank.
