What should I do if the EDF generator rejects or cannot read my invoice file?

Check the file against the current upload limits: PDF, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB per file and up to 20 invoices. A different file type or an oversized file is outside the displayed upload rules. Use a supported, readable copy of the invoice.

If the file is corrupt or the tool still cannot read it, do not rely on incomplete extracted values. You can choose Enter an invoice manually instead, then type and check the details yourself. Keep the source invoice for comparison. If a supported file still fails, report the file type, size, step and exact error to Support. Do not send a private invoice through an unapproved file-conversion service just to continue.
