Can my overseas customer pay my foreign invoice in INR through Skydo?

Do not ask the customer to send INR unless Support has confirmed a supported instruction for that exact payment. Skydo’s receiving accounts collect payments in supported foreign currencies. A payer being overseas does not make every INR transfer an eligible cross-border collection.

Agree the payment currency before issuing instructions. Give the customer the receiving details for that supported currency and transfer method, rather than your Indian account details or another currency's local account.

If the customer has already initiated an INR transfer, obtain the bank receipt and contact support@skydo.com. Include the invoice currency, amount sent, payer location and destination used. Do not ask for a second payment until the first transfer's status is clear.
