What should I do if my logo will not upload to the free invoice generator?

Use Add your logo in the Bill from step. The current upload control accepts PNG images, so first check that the file you selected is a PNG. Review the live invoice preview after adding it so you can see how it appears on the output.

If a PNG still fails, keep the rest of your invoice entries and report the file type, file size and any error to Support. Do not assume that renaming a different image format to .png converts it into a valid PNG. If the image still fails, contact support to confirm the accepted dimensions and file size rather than repeatedly changing the invoice. Check the preview before downloading rather than assuming the logo was added because you selected a file.
