What should I check if the free invoice preview shows the wrong total or currency?

Check the currency selected in Items, then review each line's quantity or hours and rate. The tool page says amounts and the total in words follow the chosen currency. Check the discount and round-off settings too. You can use a percentage or fixed-amount discount and round the invoice total.

Compare the preview with your agreed price before downloading or sending it. Changing the invoice currency is not proof that the tool has converted an agreed price at a live exchange rate, so check the rates you entered yourself. If the preview still looks wrong, stop and report the inputs and issue to Support, with private client details removed. Do not send a PDF with an unexplained total.
