How can my customer get the SWIFT details needed to trace their payment?

Ask the customer to request the SWIFT payment confirmation from the bank that sent the transfer. It may provide an MT103, an equivalent payment message or a confirmation containing the UETR, which identifies the payment for tracing.

Ask for the amount, currency, value date, sending bank, beneficiary details and reference exactly as sent. Forward the confirmation to Support with your invoice and the receiving instructions you gave the payer.

Do not try to create an MT103 yourself, and do not require an MT103 for an ACH or other local transfer. A SWIFT message shows that a payment instruction was sent; it is not by itself confirmation that the money has reached your Skydo account.
