What should I do if Google sign-in does not open my Skydo account?

Start from https://dashboard.skydo.com/login and use Google sign-in there. Check that you selected the Google account associated with Skydo, especially if your browser has several Google accounts open.

If Google itself will not let you sign in, use Google's account-recovery process. Do not send Google passwords or recovery codes to Skydo. If Google sign-in succeeds but Skydo shows an error or an unexpected account, stop and contact support@skydo.com.

Include the Google account email, where the process stops, and a screenshot with private information hidden. Do not assume that using another email automatically links it to your existing Skydo account.
